Who We Are

Premier Geriatric Solutions was founded by Dr. Bradley Goad following years of post-acute care experience. After developing a deep understanding that the care in post-acute care as a whole was lacking, he sought out a way to change that. 

As medicine in general is ever-changing, the care that is provided needs to change and grow with it. At PGS, our primary focus is to seek out ways to provide the highest quality care to our aging population and do it with a team approach.

We are passionate medical professionals seeking to enact positive change in long term and post-acute care facilities.

What We Do

Premier Geriatric Solutions provides comprehensive medical, behavioral health, psychiatric, and wound healthcare services to post-acute and long-term care communities. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals includes experienced and knowledgeable medical directors, physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. Our medical and psychiatric services are available 24 hours/a day, seven days a week. 

We offer designated providers for the facilities we serve to support continuity in resident care and improved resident outcomes. In addition, designated providers partner with facility leaders to achieve goals for meeting regulatory compliance and improving quality measures. 

Together our partnerships can improve your five-star quality rating, reduce hospital readmission rates, and streamline operational processes.

Our clinicians work collaboratively with hospitals, home health agencies, hospice services, and DME companies to ensure needs are met throughout the continuum of care.
